Short Biography
“Begin with breath. Build with balance.”
Meet Deepti Ramaul, a dedicated Yoga teacher passionate about guiding individuals on a progressive journey of self-discovery—both body and mind.
Born and raised near Rishikesh, the Yoga capital of the world, Deepti was immersed in the values of mindful living and holistic wellness from an early age. After more than a decade navigating the high-paced worlds of Telecom and IT, she turned inward—seeking reconnection through the timeless wisdom of Yoga.
As a certified RYT-200 instructor, Deepti offers an inclusive, philosophy-rooted approach that emphasizes breath, mindful movement, and deep self-awareness. Her sessions are anchored in a four-phase journey:
Ārambh (Beginning)
Sankalp (Intention)
Sanchalan (Flow)
Abhyāsa (Practice)
This progressive structure invites practitioners to ground themselves, set purpose, move with clarity, and build consistency—making Yoga accessible and meaningful at every level.
Recently, she launched her signature 4-class series, “Ārambh – Begin with Breath. Build with Balance,” at Your Form Sux studio in Toronto, creating intimate spaces for growth, healing, and community.
Outside the studio, Deepti is a devoted mother, mindful living advocate, and wellness entrepreneur. She co-owns cafés in the Himalayas that celebrate nature, nourishment, and community, and also runs an art café in Dehradun—a haven for creatives and artisans.
Now based in Toronto, she offers weekday and weekend Yoga sessions, both indoors and in nature, blending her corporate insight with spiritual grounding to make wellness real, relatable, and rooted.
