Short Biography

Oriana graduated from CCMH (Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy) in 2017. She has a general background in health and wellness, as she previously attended Dentistry school in her home country of Venezuela. Her interest on human bodily functions and movement has made her choose this career which she is very passionate about. She has been into yoga and dance for the past 15 years. She recently became a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor and she currently teaches dance as well.

Oriana believes the body can heal itself when small adjustments are made, and she is happy to assist you in the process with remedial exercises and homecare. She combines Swedish massage with myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, as well as active/passive stretching and cupping in her treatments. Mindful breathing is an important component in her treatments, so she will guide you through it on each appointment.

Oriana will create customized treatment plans in order to work her best to accomplish your goals, such as reducing pain, improving postural imbalances, increasing range of motion, releasing musculoskeletal restrictions, conditioning pre/post event sport massages, as well as increasing relaxation. Her goal is to help you improve your quality of life and increase your mind/body awareness.

Experience ultimate relaxation with our new hydrotherapy massage. Begin with a 20-minute hot water soak infused with essential oils and bath salts, followed by a rejuvenating 30-minute massage. This 60-minute session is designed to melt away stress and restore your body’s natural balance.
